Subject: [PATCH v2 2/2] MdeModulePkg/UfsPciHc: Avoid overriding return value in BindingStart

In function UfsHcDriverBindingStart(), the return value 'Status' may be overridden during the original PCI attributes restore process.

This commit refines the logic to avoid such override.
