Subject: [PATCH] MdeModulePkg/MdeModulePkg.uni: update PCD string per dec file change
PcdNullPointerDetectionPropertyMask and PcdHeapGuardPropertyMask have been updated in dec file to reflect a new feature (non-stop mode). This patch updates corresponding unicode strings in uni file to match those changes.
