Hi

I tried to run Python368.efi in shell environment.

but failed, the tips was;

Fatal Python error: Py_Initialize: can't initialize sys standard streams

Does anybody have ever met this error?

Python368.efi is a sample python app in AppPkg\Applications\Python\Python-3.6.8
