[edk2-platforms: PATCH 0/3] Marvell UTMI fixes

Hi,

This patchset introduces fixes to the UTMI part of the
XHCI interfaces found in Armada/CN913x SoC families,
as well as improves the analog PHY settings.
The details can be found in the commit logs.
