Well, the subject doesn't really match the content.
MdeModulePkg: add ARM/AARCH64 to AtaBusDxe VALID_ARCHITECTURES
Is a better match.
And since it's both non-functional and an obvious fix, I'd say you
could send this off to edk2-devel on its own if you change the
subject. (And add MdeModulePkg maintainers on cc.)
