[PATCH 0/1] BaseTools/tools_def.template: revert to large code model for X64/GCC5/LTO

Patch #1 explains it all (grab a coffee first). For testing, it's likely
most robust to run

  git clean -fdx
  exit

in your terminal, before fetching & checking out my branch, and
rebuilding OVMF.
