[PATCH] MdeModulePkg/UdfDxe: Resolve potential NULL pointer dereference

Within function GetAllocationDescriptorLsn():

The call to GetPdFromLongAd() may return NULL and it will be later
dereferenced in GetShortAdLsn().

This commit adds ASSERT to resolve the potential NULL pointer
dereference.
