Subject: [PATCH edk2-platforms v3 15/27] Silicon/Socionext: add driver for SPI NOR flash
Date: Tue, 31 Oct 2017 10:52:06 +0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20171031105218.30208-16-ard.biesheuvel@linaro.org> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20171031105218.30208-1-ard.biesheuvel@linaro.org>

From: Pipat Methavanitpong <methavanitpong.pipat@socionext.com>

This imports the driver sources provided by Socionext for the FIP006
SPI NOR flash device found on SynQuacer SoCs. It has been slightly
tweaked to bring it up to date with the changes made on the EDK2 side
since it was forked.

+ Writes the specified number of bytes from the input buffer to the block.
+
+ The Write() function writes the specified number of bytes from

+ firmware volume is sticky write, the caller must ensure that
+ all the bits of the specified range to write are in the
+ EFI_FVB_ERASE_POLARITY state before calling the Write()
