The redundant functions which are never called have been removed.
They are AtaNonDataCommandInExt,IDEBusDriverConfigurationSetOptions,
GetResponse,IDEBusDriverConfigurationOptionsValid and
IDEBusDriverConfigurationForceDefaults.
