The functions that are never called have been removed.
They are UfsPeimUnlinkMemBlock,UfsPeimRequestSense,
UfsPeimInquiry,UfsRwAttributes,UfsClearFlag,UfsReadFlag
and UfsFindAvailableSlotInTmrl.

v2: Remove the comment that mentioned 'UfsPeimUnlinkMemBlock'
