The functions that are never called have been removed.
They are UsbHubCtrlSetHubFeature,UsbHubCtrlResetTT,UsbHcReset,
UsbHcAsyncIsochronousTransfer,UsbHcGetState,UsbHcSetState and
UsbHcIsochronousTransfer.
