[PATCH] BaseTools: Correct the SkuOverwrite.

StructurePcd, SkuA does not define any structure pcd overwrite,
But SkuA inherit from DEFAULT sku, and DEFAULT sku define
structure pcd overwrite, the pcd value of SkuA should same with
DEFAULT sku.
