[PATCH] MdeModulePkg: Rename confusion function name

To avoid the confusion caused by function name,
rename EfiBootManagerGetNextFullDevicePath to
EfiBootManagerGetNextLoadOptionDevicePath.
As an API function should add EFIAPI prefix for this function.
