However, I find most of the SCT user will not know what platform config they test is, so I think we can independently generate a file of the "EFICompliantTest" tests, then the SCT tester can send this file to the platform owner and let them directly handle the compliant issue. This patch will auto gen a file in path SCT\Report\PlatformConfigXXX.ini each time tester execute this test will creat a new one until 255.
