Replace the

- QemuFwCfgFindFile(),
- QemuFwCfgSelectItem(),
- QemuFwCfgReadBytes(),
- AsciiStrDecimalToUint64()

sequence in the GetFirstNonAddress() function with a call to
QemuFwCfgSimpleParserLib.

This change is compatible with valid strings accepted previously.
