[PATCH edk2-test] Maintainers: replace Supreeth with Edhaya as SCT maintainer

[Ard Biesheuvel]

Supreeth Venkatesh no longer works for ARM, and left before we had
the chance of finding a successor. Edhaya is willing to take over SCT
maintainership so let's make it official.

description) look reasonable.
