There are two implementations of Metronome protocol.
EmbeddedPkg/MetronomeDxe/MetronomeDxe.inf
MdeModulePkg/Universal/Metronome/Metronome.inf
Although nowhere it has been specified, which one to use, but we are
going by the general practice of preferring MdeModulePkg/MdePkg over
EmbeddedPkg.
