This library provides board specific function which was consumed by
PcieCore. Feature of this library:
- Parsing BoardSetting region for platform specific setting include
speed and lane of each Root Complex.
- Screen menu for bifurcation setting for each Root Complex. Note
that we can only change the option for Root Complex which doesn't
have default value in BoardSetting region.
