The PlatformLib supported the system library for FT2000/4 chip.
Platform/Phytium: Added the dsc and fdf files of DurianPkg.
v3:
DurianPkg.dsc:Added OrderedCollectionLib to upstream changes in
edk2, and some parameters omitted in V2 version.
