[PATCH v1 2/7] DynamicTablesPkg: AML Code generation to create a named Package()

Add AmlCodeGenNamePackage() to generate code for a Package().

AmlCodeGenNamePackage ("PACK", ParentNode, NewObjectNode) is
equivalent of the following ASL code:
   Name(PACK, Package () {})
