Subject: [PATCH v2 2/3] OvmfPkg/ResetVector: add the macro to invoke MSR protocol based VMGEXIT
Date: Tue, 27 Jul 2021 13:10:23 -0500	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20210727181024.28770-3-brijesh.singh@amd.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20210727181024.28770-1-brijesh.singh@amd.com>

BZ: https://bugzilla.tianocore.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3275

The upcoming SEV-SNP support will need to make a few additional MSR
protocol based VMGEXIT's. Add a macro that wraps the common setup and
response validation logic in one place to keep the code readable.

While at it, define SEV_STATUS_MSR that will be used to get the SEV STATUS
MSR instead of open coding it.
