To simplify the implementation the variable Name/GUID has been
changed to "FspNvsBuffer" and gFspNvsBufferVariableGuid
regardless it stores the data from FSP_NON_VOLATILE_STORAGE_HOB2
or FSP_NON_VOLATILE_STORAGE_HOB.
