[PATCH EDK2 v1 1/1] MdeModulePkg/DxeCorePerformanceLib:Variable Initial

SmmBootRecordDataSize is initialized in InternalGetSmmPerData,
but this function may fail. so to avoid using SmmBootRecordDataSize
without intialization, set it to 0 at first.
