[edk2-staging][PATCH 0/3] Add new interfaces to Redfish protocol

Introduce two new iterfaces to Redfish Platform Config Protocol:
- GetAttribute() returns attribute details from HII question.
- GetDefaultValue() returns default value of attribute. 
They are used to generate BIOS attribute registry.
