[PATCH 1/1] OvmfPkg/PlatformBootManagerLib: setup virtio-mmio devices.

Add DetectAndPreparePlatformVirtioDevicePath() helper function
to setup virtio-mmio devices.  Start with virtio-serial support.

This makes virtio console usable with microvm.
