[edk2-devel] [PATCH v2 1/1] IpmiFeaturePkg/GenericIpmi: Support Standalone MM

Add Standalone Mm Generic Impi driver. And add type 'PcdsFixedAtBuild'
for PcdIpmiSmmIoBaseAddress to access in StandaloneMm driver
