[edk2-devel] [PATCH 0/2] MdePkg: Add SPDM1.1 support.

Update Spdm.h to support 1.1 new features, such as: Authentication and
measurement. It wil be used in DeviceSecurity.
The DeviceSecurity is from TCG PC Client Platform Firmware Profile
Specification 1.06.
