To follow up, it looks like the "1.0.0" version is a live document based
on Github master, since the revision history includes "2.2 Convert to
Gitbook".
Also,
https://github.com/tianocore-docs/edk2-CCodingStandardsSpecification
shows changes 14 months ago, versus 3 years for the release/2.20 branch.
