Indeed the correct word is "conversion", thanks for correcting me.

My wonder is about what is the correct use between succeeds/succeeded,
I'd expect the following diff:

-  @retval  TRUE   The time convertion succeeds.
+  @retval  TRUE   The time conversion succeeded.
