Just to make it clear, this is an immediate solution that is good enough to fix the bug. However, a more proper solution would be to introduce the <a href="https://en.cppreference.com/w/c/language/_Alignas" target="_blank" rel="noopener">_Alignas</a> concept to EDK II.
