I have two comments.
1) Please move -DUSING_LTO together with -flto for GCC5_X64_CC_FLAGS
2) Please move -Os from common GCC44_X64_CC_FLAGS to every GCC tool chain flags. If so, IA32 and X64 have the consistent Os setting.
