(4) The product
AP_RESET_STACK_SIZE * PcdGet32(PcdCpuMaxLogicalProcessorNumber)
includes the BSP. Is that intentional? Should we rather use:
AP_RESET_STACK_SIZE * (PcdGet32(PcdCpuMaxLogicalProcessorNumber) - 1)
?
(That would be a separate patch, of course.)
