Hi all,

          Under NetworkPkg, in Ip6Dxe driver, what purpose does this function Ip6NdFasterTimerTicking() serve?
          Sometimes, the SUT hangs in this function (at bootmgfw.Entry) when booting to Windows after performing a warm boot.
