I want to static link openssl library instead of compiling source codes
on building ArmVirtPkg.

Is there any way to make it possible?

Please refer to https://bugzilla.tianocore.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2420

This is another solution to generate the binary Crypto PEIM, DXE, and SMM modules. Then, you don't need to compile them again.

Thanks
