I didn't test case 14, because I consider it a more demanding test case
than case 13. According to Jiewen's earlier explanation,
PcdCpuSmmStaticPageTable=FALSE implements a subset of the protections
that PcdCpuSmmStaticPageTable=TRUE implements.
