If it's hard to fix, my argument will be that we should roll back SecurityPkg commit f15cb995bb38 first (it's a regression after all), and re-apply it only when it no longer breaks OVMF. If the issue is not hard to fix and we can commit the solution quickly, then I'll be fine with leaving f15cb995bb38 applied.
