1. in FreeBuffer, NonCoherentPciIoFreeBuffer() is called.
But since the allocation entry hasn't been allocated and inserted
to the list, the NonCoherentPciIoFreeBuffer() will assert and return
EFI_NOT_FOUND, resulting the memory leak.
