Eric,
I think you could change:
AcpiCpuDataEx = AllocateBootServiceMemory (sizeof (ACPI_CPU_DATA_EX));
->
AcpiCpuDataEx = AllocatePages (EFI_SIZE_TO_PAGES (sizeof (ACPI_CPU_DATA_EX)));

So the AllocateBootServiceMemory() is not needed.
