2. the "<= sizeof (EFI_DEVICE_PATH_PROTOCOL" check isn't needed in every
loop, right?

3. Will GetNextDevicePathInstance() allocate pool memory? If yes, maybe we
need an internal implementation to iterate each instance without allocating
additional memory.
