Sorry for that. I saw the patch with commit log "Submitted on behalf of a third-party: xxxx= ". But this is part of "TianoCore Contribution Agreement 1.0 section 4". And the Contributions.txt clearly says "the commit message must include you= r "Signed-off-by" signature, and "Contributed-under" message". But the com= mit log hasn't.
