The version "73.0" is based on the upstream tag of Uncrustify: https://github.com/uncrustify/uncrustify/tags Each release from the fork is assigned an incrementing patch number, in this case it is "3". The release pipeline in the Project Mu repo associates a given build version such as "73.0.3" with the commit it was built from: https://dev.azure.com/projectmu/Uncrustify/_build/results?buildId=12645&view=results The "uncrustify.exe --version" command is implemented as-is from the upstream which outputs the commit ID. I'm happy to clarify this in the commit message or other ways that might be helpful.
