Sorry for the trivial comments.
"@param[in] ResetType Base reset type as defined in UEFI spec."
needs to be removed for ResetPlatformSpecificGuid.
There is "in in" in the comments for the implementation of
GetResetPlatformSpecificGuid(). May should be one "in" only?
