how to use IFDEF marco in asm include file?

Hi, experts:
I have a question about how to use IFDEF marco in asm include file.

I have a assembly file, and a related inc file.
I defined some marco in dsc file.
I could use these marco in assembly file, such as .asm file.
But I could not use it in inc file.
