Maybe:
if ((Data32 & ((UINT32) 1 << MaxPortNumber)) != 0) {
instead of:
if ((Data32 & (UINT32) (1 << MaxPortNumber)) != 0) {

to avoid possible undefined behavior for case like '1 << 31'?
