Mark EFI_VARIABLE_AUTHENTICATED_WRITE_ACCESS as deprecated.
1. Make SetVariable/QueryVariableInfo return EFI_UNSUPPORTED with this
attribute
2. No change to GetVariable/GetNextVariableName
Also update several function descriptors accordingly
