1. Check the memory size shown in the setup in bios menu or using the smbiosview to see if the size matches the physical ram 
2. Enable logs for the Linux kernel
3. Try to boot Linux with the nokaslr to disable randomization 
4. Print the the memory map HOB when it is passed from SBL to EDKII to see if it is correct

the mentioned is to see if it is a memory issue. If so, it is highly likely that there is a problem with the FSP-M phase. Check if the headers provided are meant for your platform
