Hi Ard,

EDK2 should use exclusively forked submodules!

From now on all EDK2-based projects that have used https://github.com/Zeex/subhook.git
can't be downloaded and build anymore.

All these projects are broken now.

To rely on submodules, that can suddenly disappear makes the entire EDK2 project a house of cards.

Thanks for the report. If the upstream has disappeared, I think we
should just copy the last version we used into the edk2 tree, unless
another upstream appears.

Not sure what you mean by 'such issues'. Are you saying we should fork
all submodules and maintain them and keep them in sync ourselves? Do
you have time to help out with that?
