Hi Ard,

EDK2 should use exclusively forked submodules!

From now on all EDK2-based projects that have used=20 https://github.com/Zeex/subhook.git
can't be downloaded and build anymore.

A= ll these projects are broken now.

To rely on s= ubmodules, that can suddenly disappear makes the entire EDK2 project a hous= e of cards.

should just copy the last version we used into the edk2 tree, unless
another upstream appears.
