[edk2-devel] Unknown fatal error

Hi!
I have a lot of problems building a universal payload to use with coreboot
and I don't know what to do, because every time I have new problems.
Sometimes it is not such a big deal, for example for some reason compiler
(or something else idk) does not process UefiPayloadPkg.dsc and ignores
every if-else statement and in this case i have endless '4000' error
(missing instance of library). But today I've got this.

Maybe I am doing something wrong but I've decided to write you an email
maybe it will help.
