[edk2-devel] Compiler error, build log show to find help for you

Hello QC support:
I try to build the package what is snapdragon-auto-hqx-4-5-6-0_amss_standard_oem of boot.
According to release note for Snapdragon_Auto.HQX.4..5.6.0 chapter 22.1, after compiler with command "python boot_images/boot_tools/buildex.py  --variant AU -r RELEASE -t LeMans,QcomToolsPkg", the build error show below:

Please help to check what reason for this error.

Your python (3.9 or newer) is too recent for the (probably ancient) vendor
fork of edk2.
This issue has been fixed upstream 4 (four) years ago. See commit
https://github.com/tianocore/edk2/commit/20b292d0cdf7dce58d824fdf9ab1613c2a1ad2ec
.

(there should seriously be a disclaimer on that message that you should
_ONLY_ email edk2-devel if you're working with the upstream sources...)
